MINDFULNESS PRIVATE TALKS
Conducted with selected topics/themes such as : Mindfulness for Parents, Mindfulness for Relationship, Mindfulness for Executive, etc.
BASIC MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Conducted once in a month to provide a basic foundation of what Mindfulness is and how Mindfulness and meditation can be beneficial for one’s lifestyle who wishes to have a more peaceful, stress-free living. Due to Covid-19, all of our regular offline classes will be conducted via Zoom, once in every month (every Saturday of the last week of the month).
MINDFULNESS ONE-ON-ONE SESSION
Make a real change for yourself, with private guidance from Mindfulness Indonesia’s master and trainer to help you cope with specific circumstances in life, through Mindfulness approach. Session will be divided into 4 times meeting.
MINDFULNESS CORPORATE TRAINING
Specifically designed for employee and leaders with maximum participants of each class at 40 persons. Training will be conducted in client’s venue.
